The N-iOSN-X-NXStyle stuff refers to SystemUI mods.
They give Android N style notifications and quicksetting, Xperia X new lockscreen or iOS like status bar icon position (check 2nd post for screenshots)

Installation Instruction:

- Unlock Your bootloader
- Flash Latest Sony Stock 32.1.A.1.185
- Flash TWRP recovery
- Boot in recovery, wipe - Advanced Wipe and select:
Dalvik / ART Cache

- Swipe to wipe!
- Install Zip, reboot and enjoy
