First I am an big android noob, lets get that out of the way. Its been a couple of days and Im not even sure what the terms I should be using to search with.
So i was looking for a Note 4 for a long time, finally got one. But when I went to the store it wouldnt work with my SIM card (wind) but the other two workers could use it with their Rogers and Telus SIMs. So he says give him 10 or 15 mins and he'll reflash it. Sure, why not.....it worked, and I bought it.
Sticker on the back of the phone says SM-N910W8.
About device --> SM-N910T - Android 4.4.4 - T-mobile crap everywhere.
Problems:
1) Kies wont recognize the phone (Downloaded Odin, but had no clue wtf to do)
2) Finger print scanner wont work (0.0.0.0 Version)
What is the easiest/safest/ least noob-risky way for me to install Wind Mobile 5.1.1 ? Im looking for stable / low risk builds. Not in a rush for 6. Just dont want to be running such an old OS. (Security) Is the Wind mobile rom the rom I want? I just assumed that since I have Wind and they have a Wind one, that it makes sense.
Shower me with your wisdom.
