Steps to Install:
1. Download CM 12.1 vivalto3gvn
2. Download fix_CM12.1_young23g.zip
3. Pull the ROM & fix_CM12.1_young23g.zip in the External SD
4. Backup efs folder (RECOMMENDED)
5. Boot into TWRP Recovery 3.0.0 (Doesn't have it? Flash this: http://ift.tt/29gi6cF )
6. Make a Full wipe (System, Data, Cache, Dalvik-Cache and Internal Storage)
7. Flash the ROM
8. Flash fix_CM12.1_young23g.zip
9. (Optional) Flash the GAPPs
10.Reboot
